We ship Monday through Friday 8am-2:30pm PST. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

All orders are processed within 3-6 business days (processing time does not include shipping time). Orders placed after 12pm PTD will start their processing time the follow day.

Gold Standard's Refund Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of delivery. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. 

All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

all returns are ineligible for a return or refund. This includes
products that might be affected by changes in the law. Unfortunately we
are unable to make accomedations for these instances.*

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it
and process your refund.  For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10
business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the
return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a
refund.
