Shipping and Handling
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Gold Standard. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We ship Monday through Friday 8am-4pm PST. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
All orders are processed within 3-6 business days (processing time does not include shipping time). Orders placed after 12pm PTD will start their processing time the follow day.
We ship through UPS and USPS

USPS DISCLAIMER: shipping with USPS is considered a high risk option. Gold Standard is not liable and will not replace lost or broken packages when shipped with USPS. We also cannot guarantee that it will arrive on the projected delivery date once it has left our facility.
Late or Failed Delivery
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Gold Standard if an order does not arrive. If you notify us that your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we will make reasonable efforts, including inquiring of our delivery partner, to achieve delivery of the order. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
If an item is lost in transit via UPS, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
