Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at operated by Gold Standard.
Gold Standard's Refund Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to contact our team within

14 calendar days of your delivery.

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. 

Returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.


*after 14 days all returns are ineligible for a return or refund. This includes products that might be affected by changes in the law. Unfortunately we are unable to make accomedations for these instances.*

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.  For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

 If your product was purchased through a Gold Standard distributor you will need to return to the original purchase location in order to resolve any returns or exchanges.
